Limited Warranty

MRP products are warranted to be free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and /or workmanship for a period of 1 year (2 years in EU) after date of original purchase.  This limited warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser, or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. Original proof of purchase is required.

Limitations of Warranty

Drivetrain and Component Products (Chainguides, guards, chainrings, cranks, handlebars, and stems)

MRP chainguides and guards are designed to take abuse and protect more expensive parts of your bike.  As such, damage may happen to your MRP product that is normal.  This warranty does not cover defects or failures resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; improper installation, failure to follow operating instructions; accident; impact; abuse of the product, usage or any other circumstances in which the product has been subject to forces or loads beyond its design; alterations or modification of original condition; failure attributable to the use incompatible lubes and cleaners; normal wear and tear (wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use - wear items including chainrings, pulleys, bashguards, skids, stripped fastener threads and heads and bearings); and products purchased from unauthorized dealers.  This warranty shall not cover damage resulting from commercial (rental) use.  

Suspension Products (Forks and shocks)

MRP Suspension products must be registered online at MRPbike.com (under the Support heading, “Warranty and Product Registration”) or over the phone to be eligible for warranty.  This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance; improper installation, failure to follow operating instructions; accident; unauthorized alterations of modification of original condition; damages caused by inadequate packing or shipping procedures; wear items including seals, bushings, o-rings, piston bands, foam rings, stanchions, bottom out bumpers, stripped fastener threads and heads; and products purchased from unauthorized dealers. 

Warranty Obligation

During the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace any defective parts within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. We will not cover shipping, insurance, or transportation charges.

Warranty Process

For customers in the US

Products bought directly from MRP:

Contact MRP via e-mail at INFO@MRPbike.com. Include pictures of the parts requested to be warrantied, your original receipt, a detailed description of your bicycle, a detailed description of the incident (if any) associated with the claim, your name, phone number, and shipping address. We will handle all claims in a timely manner.  If e-mail is not available, give us a call at 970.241.3518.

Products bought from retailers:

Contact your place of purchase. Be prepared to provide the information above to expedite your claim.
